Lol have to love this picture, this was a little carnival that was near the house and Tom and I decided to stop by for a pit stop and have some fun. This ride was called the Zipper and back home we used to have the Bill Haynes carnival that would always come to town the last two full weeks in July with the whole Cheyenne Frontier Days "CFD" the worlds largest outdoor rodeo, sounds like I could promote for it right. Be sure to look it up because if you like that sort of stuff there is a lot that goes on during those 2 weeks, night shows, bull riding, rodeo during the day. I saw my first concert there, bands like 3 doors down, Lifehouse, Course Of Nature, but a lot of fun. So when your like 10-15 rides like that were a lot of fun and hey it's a quick fix. So to all of those that like to travel be sure to check it out sometime if your in that area during the time.
But now on to some of the things that have to do with everything else. This week has gone by sort of fast I did end up working 2 days this week at AE and had two on call shifts one that i woke up to late to my phone ringing. My manager needed an opener and when I got the message it was tid bit to late. It is funny sometimes to go to work in the a.m. because I tend to get this weird look from Zac and I think that he just forgets that I work there at all, and TJ looked at me in disbelief that I had a job at all. And want to also note that it has been one week since I had my last cigarette. I'm really glad that I've made it this far without a craving or a want it's really hard in a house with smokers and somewhat tempting, but if the will power is there then your good. I also hear that Ryan and Marsh have also kicked the habit as well they are one day behind me so major congrats to them and I hope that they stick with it. Ha see twins do think alike even when there not around each other. I think that I'm going to get to spend some time with Marsh this week. Just have to see how it goes and make sure that he has the time and days off.
Everything in the house has been going really well Johnny is fully in the house now he finished his time at Disney and is now on the hunt for a new job that I hear. So other than the few times that I get to say hi in our crossings still have yet to really talk to him all that much, guess he is still catching up on his sleep and getting relaxed and letting cbl time just soak in. I do hope that he does not get caught in what Marsh called the CBL bubble because at times I understand what Marsh means, i've never fully been in the bubble but I know that it's there thank god for AE. Jon has been really busy with "Stardust" I believe that it is, getting her back to health so I hope all is going well with that. Zaccie is still Zaccie getting this machine to pump some oil, got to spend some time with him the other day out on the boat with TJ and HummmMCO and that was a lot of fun. Zac let me drive the boat "not sure if that was the smartest thing to do" and i've never done it before and he gives me the wheel when what I think we were at full speed I really was scared. Not like terrified but hey I was in control of other lives you know, and to not know what I'm doing like watching the depth gauge and all the other stuff like really it was scary and didn't know how to speed up or slow down but a very relaxing day out.
Oh and Tom and I did have one hell of a day of shopping let me tell you what. Well in Toms condo he has been dealing with a really bad light fixture in his kitchen that he was not pleased with and wanted it to get changed for the longest time, and in the bedroom it seams like right when your about to get a full night of sleep the sun comes in and just wakes you up so he wanted to get some drapes "yes drapes I know" so that he can sleep till noon on his days off. But we started off at the hardware store first and got the light and the 4 light bulbs that it needed so that we could hang it. Then we were off to AE because we wanted to get some cologne and hey well you know that Tom is revamping his closet and I'm just adding to mine so it turned out to be 2 outfits, 1 dress shirt, 1 accessory, and one bottle of cologne. Then we picked up so kitty stuff for Tigger can't forget the cat. And then we put them up so this is what they look like.I do like them they match the dresser and the bed and the bed matches the walls, so it does fit very well. And the light was a bitch to put in and I think that we may have to have it redone but after how long it took us to get it up we just left it there until we get it fixed because hey it does not look that bad and looks a lot better then what the old light looked like.
we got the picture that is hanging from Target just for the track lighting we thought it was really cute and worked really well in the kitchen, but I think that I want to get a longer one. But there you go that was Tom and I being handy men lol. So far the butches thing I've done all year. Also really cool we went to a restaurant that was really cool called Luma, that is right next to the wine room I think that I'm going to grab an app. The Wine room was a lot of fun and really cool. They give you a card and a glass "well you have to charge the card" and then there is a bunch of wine hooked up to tanks and you just go up to a bottle they have a description of the wine and the 3 choices 1oz, 2oz, or 5oz, on most some you could only get one and then you just select and pour. One of my new favorite red wines is now fuego it was really good, and of course but what goes really well with wine CHEESE so we order some cheese and just sat and chit chatted for a bit. But I will say in my defense that I looked a bit dressed down because I was in my AE gear "I do work there" a bit out of place the next time that I go I'll be better dressed I will say that much. Come on I love AE but I love to dress up as well.
but I do want to take the time right now to say thank you to all the ones that said something about my written and my video. It is sometimes hard to continually do something that you wouldn't normally don't do and then not to get any input on it when its there. And there is one right now that I give a big thank you to and you know who you are, your words are very kind and welcoming and I'm glad that you still take your time to notice the bigger picture. One other thing that is hard to believe is that Tom and I have been together for almost 2 months, time does really go by fast. It feels like I want something bad to happen just so that I can put some flaw on him but I don't think that will happen, I do think its the fact that we do have a way of telling each other everything that goes on and how we feel that makes it a lot easier on how we come together.
But in all that said it is now my time to log off and get on to the cleaning and the other good fun filled stuff around the house.
